With "pickup point" you can pick up the product at KISS DEKOR on the same day. You are then assured that the product will be waiting for you when you come to pick it up, and will have the opportunity to see the product.

Do you want to exchange or return an item? Goods must be returned to KISS DEKOR's "collection point" or sent from your nearest delivery point

If the item is faulty or missing, the item can be returned. Only original faults are covered by the right of complaint.
