Return, right of withdrawal and complaint

It is allowed to regret! KISS DEKOR offers 14 days open purchase from the time you receive the goods, and you are free to cancel your purchase within this period. A return assumes that the item is in its perfect condition. Sale items are not exchanged.

If the return should concern a complaint: All complaints must be reported in writing to our email: Kissdekor@outlook.com. Remember to document the damage with photos of both the item and the packaging.


1. Print and fill in the right of withdrawal form.

2. Wrap the item in the same packaging as you received it in. Items must be well protected in the box and larger wreaths MUST be tied in the box so that they are not damaged in transport. Goods that are damaged in connection with a return may have consequences if the return is approved and refunded.

3. Please let us know via email if you choose to cancel your purchase, so that we know that a return is on its way, as the return may end up at the local post office.

4. You as a customer pay yourself for return shipping that is purchased at posten.no. The shipping label is printed and glued to the box. At Post in the shop, you can also print an address label and attach it to the package before sending.

5. Take the return package with you to one of Posten's drop-off locations (post office / mail in store).

6. Remember to ask the post office for a receipt for the delivered package. Then you can track your own return shipment.

After we have received and handled your return, Klarna will credit you with the amount back to the card used (or your invoice). You must calculate 7-10 working days after you have sent your return before the return has been processed and credited by us.

Refund after return:

Card payment: Klarna will refund you the amount back to the card used, whether you return by post or in one of our warehouses. You will be contacted if they need new account information.

Invoice: Log in to www.klarna.no to get your updated invoice. You can also find the invoice in the Klarna app. You will be contacted if they need account information for crediting.

NB! Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange for a more expensive item either on card or invoice. Then you must return first and then order again.

Return, cancellation or exchange of digital products : In the case of immediate download of goods, no returns, exchanges or cancellations are accepted. Get in touch if any problems arise with your order. "The Right of Withdrawal Act only applies to consumer purchases. The right of withdrawal cannot therefore be used by companies or others who have acted as part of a commercial activity (cf. The Other Rights Act § 6, point e). The right of withdrawal does not apply if the goods cannot be returned in approximately the same condition and quantity, and damage or deterioration is due to negligence or a lack of care on the part of the consumer (cf. Right of Withdrawal Act, section 12, point a). The return costs are borne by the consumer (cf. Right of Withdrawal Act, section 1)."
